Pressure cook, air fry, saute, dehydrate, make yogurt, or use one of the other 4 settings of this multi-use cooking appliance!

This high heat resistance spatula set is one of my most-used and versatile kitchen tools. It's also a great price!

One of the best knifes for the price, this chef knife will slice through a everything from carrots to roasted meat like a dream.

Make baking more consistent and delicious with this $10 food scale! I bought my first one last year and will never go back.
Favorite pantry staples:
Listed in no particular order, these are some of my favorite food staples I buy online, given that they can be tricky to find in stores.
Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
My personal life philosophy is to always have some chocolate chips on hand, because you never know when you'll need them (even if it's just grabbing a snack!). Better yet to have dairy-free Enjoy Life chocolate chips on hand. They make (almost) everything better!
Thai Rice Noodles
Thai rice noodles cook up quickly and can be a great way to meal prep or re-purpose other recipes throughout the week. You also can use them to made pad Thai or other thick rice noodle recipes!
Fish sauce, in my opinion, is what makes Thai recipes what they are. It also can be hard to find a good quality sauce. Red Boat makes the best tasting fish sauce I've ever tried. It may be a little pricey, but believe me-- it's worth it.
1-to-1 Gluten-Free Flour
Whether you're gluten-free or just looking to diversify your carbohydrates in your diet, Bob's Red Mill's 1-to-1 Gluten-Free Flour is my favorite! You just measure like you would regular all purpose, substitute for flour in your recipe, and you're good to go! Don't you love it when cooking and baking are so easy like that?
Primal Kitchen Salad Dressings
As much as I love a good homemade dressing, sometimes there just isn't time to whip one up. That's why I always like to have a few healthy salad dressings on hand. I can always count on Primal Kitchen to have salad dressings that are both healthy and flavorful. They have a fantastic selection of dressings, too!
Like a protein powder, but better, these peptides blend in to so many different foods and recipes because they don't have a flavor. I like adding them to smoothies, yogurt, tea or coffee, and you can even add them to soup!
Most Recommended Running Supplies:
Squirrel's Nut Butter
Nothing stops chafing for me like Squirrel's Nut Butter does. With natural ingredients, too, I feel good about putting it on. It also has a stick applicator that can make it easy to apply on the go.
I officially became a running sock fanatic and I can gladly blame balega for that. Their socks are so comfortable and they carry socks with a variety of thicknesses, colors, and features.
For those days those areas you forget to apply Squirrel's Nut Butter or get caught in an unexpected rainstorm, Calmoseptine will immediately relieve blistering pain and heal them up quickly. Bonus: it's also great for itching or burn relief (ask me how I know!).
Neutrogena Sport Face Sunscreen
Not only does this sunscreen protect you from the sun, but it won't clog your pores or sweat off! I always have a tube or two in my running bag.
Gu Energy Chews
Gu energy chews are my go-to because they have palatable flavors, a great texture, and have a wide selection of chews with and without caffeine. I buy my chews in bulk so I always have them on hand.
