Air Fryer Loaded Potato Skins

Ingredients: - russet potatoes - cooking spray - green onions - olives - bacon bits - cheddar cheese - sour cream - cilantro

Step 1:  Scrub the potatoes, then bake.

Step 2: Scoop out the potato flesh, leaving the skins intact.

Step 3: Spray the skins with cooking spray, then add olives, green onion, bacon bits, and cheese to each potato skin.

Step 4: Air fry!

Load them up with sour cream and cilantro, then serve!
