Basil Pesto Spaghetti Squash Recipe

Ingredients: - spaghetti squash - fresh basil - walnuts - olive oil - parmesan cheese - salt  - fresh garlic

Step 1: Slice the halves of the squash crosswise , then add the squash to a baking pan. Add water to the pan and bake!

Step 2: Add the pesto ingredients to a food processor and run for 30-45 seconds.

Step 3: Using a large spoon and fork, move the squash to a cutting board and scrape the squash out of the shell. Top with fresh pesto and serve!

Serve as  a main dish or side!
