Coconut Quinoa Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: - butter  - brown sugar - white sugar  - vanilla - eggs - flour - WW flour  - salt  - baking soda - cinnamon - quinoa - choc chips - raisins  - coconut chips

Step 1: Cream together the butter and sugars, then add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.

Step 2: Mix together the flours, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Slowly add to the creamed mixture until well combined.

Step 3: Mix in the quinoa, chocolate chips, raisins and coconut chips.

Step 4: Form into balls, then bake!

Cool until room temp, then eat!
