Deviled Eggs

What you need:

Step 1: Hard boil the eggs (see link below for stovetop and Instant Pot directions!)

Step  2: Peel the eggs and cut in half.

Step 3: Remove the yolks and mash up in a mixing bowl.

Step 4: Stir in the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, & onion powder.

Step 5: Scoop or pipe the egg yolk filling into the center of the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.

Makes a great New Years appetizer!
