Healthy Sloppy Joes

Ingredients: - Ground turkey - Tomato sauce - Tomato paste  - Olive oil - Onion  - Garlic - Maple syrup - White vinegar - Molasses  - Spices  - Hamburger buns  - Shredded cheese (optional)

Step 1:  Saute the turkey and onions in olive oil until cooked through.

Step 2: Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato pasta, vinegar, molasses, and spices.

Step 3: Simmer the ground turkey in the sloppy joe sauce.

Serve sloppy joes on toasted buns with cheese.
