Healthy Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients: - plain yogurt - maple syrup - fruit jam

Step 1:  Stir together the yogurt and maple syrup.

Step 2: Fold in the jam.

Step 3: Spoon into popsicle molds.

Step 4: Insert handles or popsicle sticks and freeze!

Keep frozen until ready to eat!
