Healthy Mashed Potatoes  (No Butter!)

Ingredient list: - Yukon gold potatoes - Garlic  - Salt - Large eggs

Step 2: Cover the potatoes and garlic with cold water and season the water with salt.

Step 3: Boil the potatoes & drain.

Step 4: Add the eggs and salt to the hot potatoes.

Step 5: Whip until smooth and fluffy!

*Note: You can also mash the potatoes with a potato masher*

Light, fluffy, and smooth!

*Note: Eggs cook in the hot potatoes, just like they do in pasta carbonara recipes*
