Orange Marmalade Chicken

Ingredients: - chicken thighs - orange marmalade - sriracha sauce - soy sauce - rice vinegar - ginger powder - cornstarch - oil - pepper - garlic - rice - green onions or cilantro (optional)

Step 1: Whisk the marmalade, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and cornstarch together until combined.

Step 2: Stir-fry the chicken with pepper. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 3: Add the orange sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Step 4: Cook the sauce until thickened.

Done! Garnish with green onions and/or cilantro and serve over rice or quinoa!
