Dairy-Free Banana Bread

Ingredients: - coconut oil - brown sugar - white sugar - eggs - mayo - bananas - vanilla - all purpose flour - whole wheat flour - baking soda - salt - cinnamon

Step 1: Cream the coconut oil, brown sugar, and sugar together until smooth.

Step 2: Mix in the eggs.

Step 3: Mix in the mayonnaise, mashed bananas and vanilla extract.

Step 4: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Step 5: Combine the wet ingredients with the dry.

Step 6: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake!
