Spinach Artichoke Dip

What you need:

Step 1: Sauté the onions in the olive oil. Add garlic and sauté further.

Step  2: Add the spinach and artichoke and cook until spinach wilts.

Step 3: Stir in the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan, mozzarella cheese, & salt. Cook until smooth & melted.

Step 4: Pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle with mozzarella & parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Bake!

 Serve with crackers, veggies, or your favorite dippers.
