Sweet & Sour Shrimp

Ingredients: - pineapple juice - apple cider vinegar - soy sauce - sesame oil - honey - ginger - sriracha - cornstarch - oil - onion - bell pepper - green onion - canned pineapple - shrimp - rice

Step 1: Whisk together all of the sweet and sour sauce ingredients.

Step 2: Stir-fry the onions, sweet pepper, and green onion.

Step 3: Stir-fry the shrimp.

Step 4: Add veggies back to the pan along with the pineapple and sauce.

Step 5: Heat until sauce is thickened, then serve!

 Serve over rice and garnished with cilantro or green onion!
