Vanilla Coconut Granola

Ingredients: - oats - salt - cardamom - almonds - coconut oil - honey - vanilla - coconut chips

Step 1: Combine oats, salt, cardamom, and almonds.

Step 2: Combine the oil, honey, and vanilla in another bowl.

Step 3: Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in fridge.

Step 4: Roast for a few minutes, then add coconut chips and continue roasting.
