Ingredients: - Blueberries  - Plant-based milk - Baby spinach - Hemp seeds - Peanut butter  - Bananas - Medjool dates

Drink in a smoothie or make into a smoothie bowl.

Step 1: Add the milk, fruits, vegetables, seeds, and peanut butter to the blender.

Step 2: Add ice and blend!
