Bucatini Pomodoro

Ingredients: – Bucatini – Canned Tomatoes – Butter – Garlic – Red Pepper Chili Flakes – Parmesan Cheese – Fresh Basil Leaves – Salt

Step 1: Boil the bucatini. Drain, reserving at least 1 cup pasta cooking liquid.

Step 2: Heat the  butter. Once foaming, add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté  until the garlic is golden brown .

Step 3: Stir the tomatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4: Stir in parmesan, pasta, and reserved water.

Done! Serve bucatini Pomodoro with basil and parmesan!
