Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients: - Yukon gold potatoes - garlic - salt - chicken broth - vegan butter - mayo

Step 1: Add the potatoes and garlic to a stockpot and cover with salted water.

Step 2: Bring to a boil, cooking the potatoes through, then strain.

Step 3: Transfer to a bowl, then add remaining ingredients and mash!
