Instant Pot Bean Soup

Ingredients: - Pinto beans - Black beans - Great northern beans  - Onions, celery, and carrots  - Garlic  - Spices: cumin, coriander, chili powder, and cayenne - Olive oil - Salt

Step 1:  Cook the onions, celery, and carrots until tender.

Step 2: Add garlic and spices. Cook until fragrant.

Step 3: Pour the beans, salt, and water into the pressure cooker. Stir well.

Step 4:  Pressure cook until beans are tender! Pure the soup with an immersion blender or blender.

Step 5: Season with additional salt, to taste.

Garnish with your favorite toppings and serve!
