Pork Green Chili

Ingredients: – Pork loin – Onion – Garlic – Cumin – Low-sodium chicken broth – Canned diced green chiles – Canned diced tomatoes – Salsa verde – Cornstarch

Step 1: Saute the onions and pork in hot olive oil until the pork is no longer pink.

Step 2: Add the garlic, cumin, and salt, and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3: Stir in the chicken broth, diced green chiles, diced tomatoes, and salsa verde. Simmer.

Step 4: Pour cornstarch slurry into the chili and cook, stirring frequently, until the chili has thickened up.

Season the pork green chili with additional salt to taste and serve hot!
