Air fryer frozen sweet potato fries: crispy, crunchy, and sweet fries without all the oil or fat! This delicious side dish is ready in under 15 minutes & the honey mustard dip is to die for. Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper in the dip to your taste preferences. Just a dash will give the sauce a little kick; more will add some heat. Serve the honey mustard sauce on the side as a dip or drizzle it over the fries before sprinkling with cilantro or flat leaf parsley and maldon sea salt.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
¼cupplain Greek yogurt2% or whole milk are best
1 ½tablespoonhoney
4teaspoonssmooth Dijon mustard
large pinch salt
⅛teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoongarlic powder
dash cayenne pepperor more to taste
1teaspoonapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees for 2-3 minutes with the basket or air fryer rack inside the air fryer.
Add the sweet potato fries to the air fryer basket or tray. Air fry for 11-14 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.
While the fries air fry, make the dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries: in a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and creamy.
Serve the sweet potatoes hot with the dipping sauce to serve!
Notes
The fries are best consumed fresh, but if you do have leftover friesm, stor them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. They do not freeze well.
Reheating the fries: add the fries to the basket or tray of an air fryer preheated to 375 degrees for 2-4 minutes, or until heated through.
To make this recipe dairy-free, use a dairy-free or nut-milk based Greek yogurt. If you can't find a nut-milk Greek yogurt, you can use a traditional nut milk yogurt but the sauce will be a bit thinner.
