I'm a dog-loving foodie and the sole recipe developer and author of Mae's Menu. As an aspiring intuitive eater, I believe there's room in a healthy diet for both veggies and treats. Welcome to my little corner of the internet!
I started Mae's Menu in 2019 after I quit my job in digital marketing. I had been a self-taught cook and recipe developer of 20+ years and decided life was too short to not be doing what I love!
Since then, I've learned food photography and have become a food writer and love nothing more than to manage Mae's Menu!
On my blog, I share accessible, easy-to-make, and healthy recipes the whole family will love. With a history of an eating disorder, I now practice intuitive eating and believe there is room in a healthy diet for every food!
One of the greatest joys of this job is chatting online Mae's Menu readers. I love seeing what you make (share here on Instagram and Pinterest!) and am always curious to hear what new recipes you would like to see on the blog.
