1cupunsweetened milknut, oat, dairy, or other plant-based milk
2tablespoonshemp seeds
1scoop collagen powder
½ripe banana
2cupspacked baby kale or spinach
2 ½large pitted Medjool dates
2tablespoonsnatural peanut butter
1cupice cubes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in the order listed to the pitcher of a high-speed blender.
Blend the smoothie on medium speed for 30 seconds - 1 minute, or until smooth. Serve!
Notes
1. This smoothie is best consumed fresh. It does not store well. 2. Make this recipe vegetarian and vegan by substituting a vegan unsweetened or vanilla protein powder for the collagen. If your powder is sweetened, reduce the dates in the recipe to just 1 ½ or 2 dates. 3. You can also substitutie your favorite nut or seed butter for the peanut butter.
