washed & trimmed

olive oil

teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 2–3 minutes with the basket inside.
Toss green beans with olive oil in a large bowl until evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt and toss again.
Add beans to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry 11–13 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes, until blistered and tender.
Transfer to a serving bowl, squeeze lemon juice over the beans, toss gently, and serve hot.
Notes
Don't overcrowd
— cook in a single layer; work in batches if needed.
Preheat the air fryer
— 2–3 minutes for even, crispy results.
Lemon goes on after cooking
— not before, to keep it bright.
Double batch:
multiply ingredients by 2 and cook 17–19 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes.
Frozen green beans:
add directly from frozen (don't thaw); increase cook time by 3–5 minutes.
Oil sub:
avocado oil or refined coconut oil works well.
Lemon sub:
red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
Storage:
refrigerate up to 4–5 days. Reheat in an air fryer at 375°F for 2–3 minutes.
