125g scoop anilla or plain protein powderor ½ cup Greek yogurt
1frozen banana
1 ½cupfrozen peachesor 1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced
½cupice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed — liquids first, then protein or yogurt, then frozen fruit and ice.
Blend until smooth and creamy, 30–60 seconds in a high-speed blender or 1–2 minutes in a standard blender.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed. Serve immediately.
Notes
Thickness: Add more frozen peaches, frozen banana chunks, or ice for a thicker smoothie; add more milk for a thinner one. Overall, freezing the banana makes the biggest difference in texture.
Using fresh peaches: Peel first, then cut into slices. Add an extra handful of ice to compensate for the lack of frozen fruit.
Protein options: Vanilla protein powder gives a lighter texture; Greek yogurt makes it creamier. Use both for maximum protein (up to 35 grams of protein per pitcher).
Vegan/dairy-free: Use non-dairy milk and vegan protein powder or non-dairy yogurt.
Kid-friendly: Skip the protein powder and use vanilla yogurt, reducing the maple syrup if needed.
Make-ahead: Prep freezer packs with frozen peaches, banana slices, and add-ins. Dump and blend with milk and protein in the morning.
Best fresh: Consume immediately — this smoothie doesn't store well.
