These Raspberry Overnight Oats are creamy, chewy, bursting with berry, and nutritious. Flavored with fresh or frozen berries, lemon zest, and maple syrup, each delicious serving offers as many as 28 grams of protein. They are a healthy and easy-to-make on-the-go breakfast and snack.

½cupfresh raspberriesdivided
optional toppingschia seeds, mini chocolate chips, nut butter, dried coconut flakes, slivered or sliced almonds, chopped pecans, etc.
Instructions
Add the oats, chia seeds, salt, and protein powder to a mason jar or container with a lid. Stir well until combined.
Add the maple syrup, raspberry jam, lemon zest, and milk. Stir or cover and shake well until fully combined.
Stir in ¼ cup of the raspberries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (old-fashioned oats) or 2–3 hours (instant oats).
Top with the remaining raspberries and any optional toppings. Serve and enjoy!

Protein powder is optional — skip it for a kid-friendly version, or boost further by stirring in 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, using high-protein oats, or adding an extra tablespoon of powder.Storage: Refrigerate covered for up to 3 days. Freeze (without berries) for up to 3 months; thaw overnight in the fridge and stir in fresh raspberries before serving.
