With the air fryer basket inserted, preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
Add the frozen egg rolls to the air fryer, leaving at least ½-inch between the rolls. Air fry for 9-11 minutes, or until the egg rolls are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
While the rolls air fry: whisk together the sweet chili sauce, cider vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce until combined.
Serve the hot egg rolls with the sauce to dip!
Notes
The egg rolls are best consumed fresh. To make a smaller portion, divide the ingredients by the desired amount and follow the directions as listed.
If you do have leftovers, they last covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat them in an air fryer preheated to 375 degrees for 2.5-5 minutes, or until heated through and re-crisped.
