- 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 ½ inch sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce (use coconut liquid aminos if gluten-free)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Freshly cracked pepper, according to taste
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
